Prideline is a service where residents can leave details of estate improvements that are needed in their neighbourhoods that may not have been picked up by People 1st Officers. The categories are:

 Communal repairs (e.g. broken windows, fencing etc.)
 Fly-tipping
 Abandoned Vehicles
 Graffiti

Every working day staff will pick up any messages left on the Prideline number for attention.
